Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE: VZ), largest US wireless carrier, is scheduled to release its fourth quarter 2009 earnings before the opening bell on Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Analysts, on average, expect the company to report earnings of 54 cents per share on revenue of $27.33 billion. In the year ago period, the company reported earnings of 61 cents per share on revenue of $24.65 billion.
