Value Investing News - Call for Submissions
By George on Fri, 2007-02-09 01:06
I'm taking submission for the Value Investing News Directory. Please submit links to your favorite websites or blogs. Include the site's title, URL, suggested category (value investing blog, data, valuation tool, etc.), and 2 to 3 sentences describing the main features of the site.
Over the next few weeks, I'll take these entries to create a directory that you can rank using the up and down arrows, provide comments, and sort.

Do I get a link right on top of the directory for making the first submission? :)
Here are a few:
Suria Investment Newsletter: http://www.sinletter.com
MustFeed.com: http://www.mustfeed.com
Quant Investor: http://quantinvestor.blogspot.com/
Financial Nirvana: http://www.financialnirvana.com/
GalaTime: http://www.galatime.com/
Hi Asif,
Thanks for being the first to respond. You might get an advantage in the directory if people vote up your sites. I'm still working on the sorting mechanism though.
Please add 2 to 3 sentences describing the main features of each of the sites. Do you own all of those?
This is a great idea- I'll compile a list.
I only own the first two and even those are hard to keep up with. The others are websites other than yours that I frequently visit. Here is the description for SINLetter and MustFeed.
Suria Investment Newsletter (SINLetter) is a free investment newsletter that highlights two publicly traded companies each month with a focus on international investing.
MustFeed.com is a website that brings together financial information from various blogs and traditional financial websites and sorts them into various categories such as emerging markets, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), futures and options, commodities, business, personal finance, real estate and venture capital.
please add my site, www.investortrip.com.
I'll compile a longer list of quality submissions once I get some free time.
I have three sites that I run
My blog where I rant on the market and stocks
http://marketprognosticator.blogspot.com/
A value site where I try to put more in depth material
http://www.contrariuspopulus.com/
An interactive forum where investors can post their investment ideas and comment on others.

I've finally gotten around to building the Value Directory. It probably won't officially launch until January 1st, but until then you can suggest entries on this forum thread. Please note that this resource is under heavy construction and may change dramatically over the next few weeks.
Hey George, I will appreciate it if you add my blog to the directory.
Alex Garcia's Contrarian-Value Investing blog.

Thanks for suggestion your blog, Alex. I just added it to the directory. Be sure to suggest any of your other favorite sites.
