Today's Late Day Rally

Did anyone else notice that the iShares Value Index Fund (EFV) hit a new 52-week low before this afternoon's market rally? I'm surprised that this value index fund is down over 13% year-to-date. I guess I should be glad that I'm ecking out the little profit that I am from my long term value positions.
