Every year, Forbes creates a list of the top 200 best small companies in America. Which current Magic Formula stocks are part of the list, and which ones have been a part of MFI in 2009?

 These are the results of a stock screen that looks for companies that produce consistent free cash flows over the past seven years and are trading at low prices relative to their normalized earnings. The goal here is to find cheap stocks in companies that are easier to value.

Part 2 in my filtering process of 2008 Forbes Best Small Companies. Number 16 - 32 was reviewed with only 3 making the cut to the next stage.
