Stayam Computers - Future of employees??

As Satyam Planning to change its management, Satyam employees are in a critical position!
Some of the senior associates are taking an objective stock of the situation , understanding how would the change of management affect them!
Some are talking about moving jobs and speculating on the changes the new management would bring with it.
Employees fear that the New management alter the way the company functions!
The takeover buzz by another IT firm has left Satyam Employees supposing whether a ‘new’ resource pool would replace the existing one.
If the new management does not renew the existing projects, it could result in more lay-offs!!
what is going to happen with this New Management? Satyam already lost its investors trust by its recent act!!
