Spectra Energy completes spinoff from Duke Energy

(via biz.yahoo.com)

I know this is old news; Sempra was spunoff from Duke Energy almost a month ago. It was added to the SP500 the day after the spinoff and is still down over 2% in price. Perhaps we should take a closer look at it.
