Peter Lynch style as well

Peter Lynch in one of his books mentioned how he bought mortuaries due to them being undervalued since no one wanted to touch them.
Here we have a company with some very eccentric products. And as mentioned, safety of margin. Which Yahoo Finance doesnt calculate in its book value.
