Newbie question on 2009 Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholders Meeting
By bebehk on Wed, 2008-12-17 04:17
Hi Everybody,
I was told that only some those shareholders own a significant amount of BRK.A shares could eligable to the annual meeting, is it true? In the "worst" case, if I just own one B share, am I able to apply to attend the meeting?
I know it may be silly to ask but hope that someone here could share me his/her experiences.
Thanks a lot!
Cheers,
Albert

Any shareholder can attend the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting regardless of share class. Heck, even non-shareholders have been able to attend in the past by buying tickets on eBay from Berkshire Hathaway.
