Nardelli Resigns As CEO of Home Depot

Bob Nardelli, the CEO of Home Depot, just resigned. If I could cash out for over $200 million, I would leave in a heart beat. Hopefully the Board will hire a new CEO with a much more modest compensation package and thus create a value opportunity that shares wealth with the shareholders.

Some more good commentary on HD & Nardelli
As of MRQ, HD had 600 mil in cash on the balance sheet, and Nardelli's compensation will be approximately a 1/3 of that. (Obviously his payout doesn't come in cash...)
