Thanks for the post. It will guide us about financial management. Hence, rapid decrease of mortgages funds are now fast approaching. Since the real estate market has taken such a dive, any home sellers in the hardest hit areas are going to probably take a serious loss due to falling home prices. Hopefully some of it is tax deductible. Since so many mortgages have gone into foreclosures, areas with high rates of unemployment have seen home prices plummet, and we aren't talking losses of a couple payday loans worth.
