good quality value investing funds

Hi. I've been looking for good quality value investing funds with the following characteristics:

1. Use true value principles, similar strategies to Warren Buffett, long only
2. No leverage (or absolutely minimal leverage)
3. Smaller funds under management (less than 50 million preferably less than 10 million)
4. Founders are absolutely rigorously committed to value investing principles
5. Preferably the main investment guy has many years of experience (ideally 15 years but that may not be possible with a small fund)
6. Audited accounts by a reputable accounting firm
7. Fee structure along the lines of the buffett partnership ... zero fees for the first 6% returns and then 25% fees on any returns above 6% per year
8. Founders have a large percentage, preferably all of their net worth tied up in the fund
9. Preferably in an international location (Australia, Europe, India, maybe Hong Kong or China) where there is a bit less competition. Most interested in emerging economies, as the debt and pension obligation of developed economies are very large and emerging economies have much higher growth potential.

So far I have only one fund that meets these criteria (an Indian hedge fund). I'm looking for more and have a few million to invest.

Show them the money. I think have to join the Oregon Lottery.Somebody will have the luck from the Irish in Oregon – the St. Patrick's Day Oregon Lottery raffle has a $1 million winner. That's at the least one person who won't need any faxless payday cash advances ever again. Oregon, along with a lot of other states, draws a lot of funds for projects and for education from lottery proceeds, even though they do have to pay up every now and again. Cheers towards the lucky ticket holder – even though bad news is that not only are they likely to have to deal with federal taxes with it, Oregon has a state income tax. So they're probably looking at $400,000 take home or less.
