Late Tuesday, Nautilus claimed victory - saying it had won the four board seats it sought - and giving the hedge fund a working majority and thus control of the company.

I owned Nautilus a couple of years ago so I found this report on their shareholder vote very interesting. I bought NLS during a big recall they had for their Bowflex product. I made a real nice return when things recovered.
