Edelweiss Capital Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2010, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 3/- per share (on face value of Rs. 5/-) for the financial year 2009-10. In addition, as the Company is completing its fifteenth year, the Board on this occasion has also proposed a special dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share (on face value of Rs. 5/-).
