Customer Acquisition Network Holdings, Inc. (CACN.OB)

I don't know much about this company, aside from their 8-k filing. I was wondering if anyone has any financials on them. It looks promising because with the acquisition of interCLICK, I believe the 11nth fastest growing internet ad company they may be at a discount being illiquid and green on the exchange. They IPO'd just days ago.
