This will indeed be interesting. I think I will watch from the sidelines on this one. It's hard to ignore Whitman even though Ackman has been so spot on so far.

Great to see to "gurus" going at it. One side of me makes me believe Whitman is right because of his trackrecord and experience in these type of situations. Other side of me is rooting for Ackman and his analysis on the situation. I will be on the sidelines for this one.

I owned Nautilus a couple of years ago so I found this report on their shareholder vote very interesting. I bought NLS during a big recall they had for their Bowflex product. I made a real nice return when things recovered.

I changed the category of this submission to "Shareholder Activism". It was originally filed under Commentary, but since activist shareholders were the main focus of this article, I thought it would be best placed under Shareholder Activism.

I hope SilverSlime doesn't mind this edit. What do you think of the change in categorization?
