Excellent, excellent analysis. I agree 100%.

I don't see mature women's fashion as nearly as hot market as teen clothing, let alone providing CWTR with any type of moat, whether it be temporary or sustainable.

According to Reuters, CWTR's P/FCF is 147.29 in comparison to the S&P 31. While I hardly believe in valuing a company with one ratio, that sticks out to me. Also, their ROE and Net Margin is not that attractive either.
