Great Title! I'm about 30%

Great Title! I'm about 30% cash and will soon be about 40% thanks to current losses and some some additional deposits to be made in the next month. Tweedy, Browne recommends being as close to fully invested as possible at all times. This prevents the drag of cash and helps resist the temtation of trying to time the market. Any thoughts?

John Bethel of Controlled Greed on the drop in stocks, the possibility of bargains for the first time in quite some time, and other musings from a value investor's perspective. The title is metaphorical, in this short post he's talking about investing and psychology not theology!
