Constellation Energy Shares Will Pop on New EDF Offer

News broke that french energy company, EDF, is making an offer valuing $52 a share for Constellation Energy Group. This tops Berkshire Hathaway's MidAmerican offer of $26.50 and EDF's previous offer of $35.
