CCPCN

Submitted by cbardy on Tue, 2008-12-09 13:56.

News just released. They are not liquidating this pref.

ehman Brothers Bank, which is not going through the bankruptcy process, said it needs to keep the Capital Crossing preferred stock because it counts as Tier 1 regulatory capital.

“As a result, the (liquidation) will not be made and the Series D preferred stock will continue to trade on The NASDAQ Stock Market,” Capital Crossing Preferred Corp. said in a recent regulatory filing.
