Shareholder activities will begin on Friday evening, May 1 and conclude with dinner at Gorat’s Steakhouse Sunday evening, May 3, 2009.

The 2008 Annual Report will be mailed to shareholders mid to late March. Attached to the proxy statement will be a postcard that shareholders will need to complete and mail back to the company to obtain meeting credentials.
