Berkshire Hathaway Inc's Warren Buffett said on Wednesday he is scouring the world for big businesses, but is doubtful about finding a good buy in China because the market is too hot.

All of the markets are too hot to make any position changes in. This season I'm skimming some off the top and holding.

I'm not sure all of the markets are too hot, but I'm getting much more defensive. I have stops set on my Merck, Unilever, and Microsoft positions. If they drop more than a little, they will be sold off.
