What if Apple lost the intellectual right case against Psystar? I see a horrifying scene: Mac Clone becomes legal, the high profit margin vanishes, deadly competition against MSFT in Operating System market looms, and eventually the competitive edge disappears. Yes it is the worst scenario, but better AAPL not lose this one at all.
